| Audit Sub-Committee Mission: To provide input
and feedback related to the overall financial well-being of the
Saskatchewan Construction Association |

Audit Sub-Committee Make-up: Employees of
member firms of the Saskatchewan Construction Association. The
Advocacy Sub-Committee is made up of a:
- Chair: SCA Board of Directors Treasurer
- Vice Chair: Elected by the members of the
Audit Sub-Committee
- Recording Secretary: Elected by the members
of the Audit Sub-Committee or appointed by SCA
- SCA Board of Directors Chair, SCA
Advisory Council Chair, and SCA
President are ex officio members of the Audit
Sub-Committee*

| Audit Sub-Committee Member Term of Office:
Members of the Audit Sub-Committee serve for two years from the date
of the first AGM on or after which they become a member of the Audit
Sub-Committee. Ex Officio members serve as per their term of office
or employment in the organization which they represent on the Audit
Sub-Committee.

Audit Sub-Committee Mandate: The Audit
Sub-Committee is responsible to:
- Ensure the best interests of the SCA members are upheld
- Report to the SCA Board of Directors
- Provide advisory services to SCA staff consistent with all SCA
Bylaws and generally accepted accounting principles
- Review financial activities of the SCA on an annual basis and
report findings to the SCA Board of Directors annually prior to
the SCA AGM
- Develop the coming year's budget in consultation with the SCA
President and recommend acceptance of same to the SCA Board of
Directors
- Develop, review, and maintain consistent policies and
procedures for all financial activities of the SCA
- Work in conjunction with other SCA Sub-Committees and the SCA
Advisory Council on all activities to ensure fiscal responsibility
of the SCA
