Recognizes the efforts of the member firm in advancing the industry through the development of or involvement in educational programs, workforce development initiatives, industry sector development initiatives or public advocacy work.

Criteria for evaluation of this award is straightforward. The initiative or activity entered must have been implemented and shown to be producing results within the last 3 years.. Success will be evaluated on the basis of:
  • Demonstrated improvements over time
  • Impact on human resources or industry development
  • Enhanced quality of services rendered to clients
  • Overall impact on the industry
