HR and Compensation

The HR and Compensation Committee exists to manage the Board of Director's performance and compensation relationship with the CEO and to support the CEO in managing HR and compensation issues with the staff as needed. You can view the committee Terms of Reference here.

In 2020, the HR and Compensation priorities have been identified as:

  • Complete 2019 President's performance review;
  • Reformat the President's performance review to improve feedback and process; and
  • Update job descriptions for staff and President.
